Todd was the president of Consol Energy subsidiary Fairmont Supply Company for nearly a decade, and a leader in the industrial distribution industry.

During his 30 year career, Todd was a pioneer in many of the materials management strategies that are in place today.

Todd served in leadership capacities in business associations such as Washington County Manufacturers Association, The Industrial Distributors Association, and served on the Board of Directors of the Washington County Council on Economic Development.
