Superior, which said the main asset associated with the deal was a 10-year-old, 6500 square metre plant, plans to use the facility as a manufacturing centre for cone crusher.

Along with the plant come 30 production employees.

Earlier this year Superior bought Canadian cone and jaw crusher maker Clemro Western.
