MST general manager for international business Mike Foletti said the company, established in 1989, was “one of the sector’s 20-year overnight success stories”.
He said the award recognised everyone who had worked at MST, along with company founder Gary Zamel, who had an underlying belief in Australian mining industry technology.
“MST is really looking forward to the next 20 years,” Foletti said.
“We have an excellent and growing team, and an expanding market base to work with. It should be very exciting, if a little exhausting”
Foletti has spent the past three years developing MST’s growing North American business, while the company is still expanding its Australian footprint.
The award is named after former Austrade trade commissioner Craig Senger, who was killed in a 2009 terrorist attack in Jakarta.
