Brisbane-based software developer Mincom and California-based supply chain specialist ADX have combined their e-commerce integration capabilities to provide complete a business-to-business (B2B) integration solution for procurement of goods and services.
Connection of the ADX Network and the Mincom e-hub means coal companies can use the technology to buy goods and services from small to medium sized businesses and these smaller businesses can link direct to their larger suppliers including Caterpillar and Joy Mining.
Mincom chief Alan EcElrea said the combined solution was a win for smaller mining businesses because it provided easy and cost-effective access to electronic trading with major mining companies.
“We recognize that our strength lies in our ability to rapidly add to our large and growing community of SMB suppliers,” ADX president Walt Borland said.
“Mincom Axis provides a world-leading B2B integration solution for mining companies and for large suppliers. Together we provide a winning solution for any organization involved in the coal mining industry in North America.”
