The company’s Aggreko Mining Services division has dedicated personnel throughout 10 offices in Australia, which support the rental of generators in various critical power requirements throughout Australian mines.
Aggreko’s temperature control equipment includes turnkey underground cooling solutions in both short-term and long-term rental agreements.
Aggreko also provides rental generator power, electrical power distribution and temperature control services to the special event industry: last year the company was asked to supply temporary airconditioning for five hoechers at the Queensland Mining and Engineering exhibition. Aggreko delivered on this request, providing 1525kW of refrigeration, 1370kVA of temporary power, 1025m of internal ducting and 160m of external ducting.
“We're different from those companies that merely rent equipment. Not only do we provide our customers with a massive fleet of specialist rental equipment, we help engineer and design integrated solutions to meet the specific needs of your event,” the company said.
“We look forward to discussing and demonstrating new concepts of our reliable equipment and rental service to the mining industry at QME 2006.”
