Petitto Mule gets Aussie lift

The Pettito Mules will continue to be manufactured in Morgantown, West Virginia and shipped to Australia where PJB engineers the equipment to meet Australian standards.

There are currently 28 Pettito Mule machines operating in Australian mines.

PJB will also give Petitto Mule access to the Chinese market as part of the Industrea Group.

Petitto Mule has been serving the coal industry for more than 35 years, specialising in the manufacture of heavy-duty, crawler track mounted longwall move equipment.

The company said it represents equipment utilisation in nearly 90% of all longwall mines in the United States and Australia.
