Held on June 23–26 this year, the conference will include two workshops, Control of Fugitive Dust from Process Equipment – Parts A and B, to be led by Australian Rail Corporation director Peter Wypych and former HVAC Envirotec principal Peter Dearle.

Other presentations at the conference include:

  • Noise and acoustic mitigation at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal – Les Huson of L Huson & Associates;
  • Dust management from mine to port – Mason Trouchet, technical sales and marketing manager, Rainstorm Dust Control; and
  • Maximising the cost-effectiveness of noise control treatments for overland conveyors – Dave Davis, senior noise engineer, Parsons Brinkerhoff.
