Hawk swoops on Oklahoma, Arkansas mines

Through these LOIs, West Hawk will acquire 85% of the Heavener mine, 50% of Coal Creek Minerals and 100% of Rock Island.

The Heavener mine is about 18 months away from production and offers significant expansion capacity. The Coal Creek Minerals and Rock Island mines will be six to 10 months to production after financing has been arranged.

Heavener holds measured and indicated resources of 60 million tons and inferred resources of 138Mt.

Coal Creek holds resources of 20Mt and Rock Island has historical resources of approximately 20Mt.
