Coalworks said most of the holes in the program were partly cored but two were fully cored and one was open hole.
New results from 14 holes in the northern section of the project had intersections of the Lane Shaft seam varying between 13.34m and 15.94m in thickness.
A 14.24m intersection started at a depth of 122m underground while the deepest started at 172.5m for an interval of 13.5m.
The best intersection, at 15.94m, started 134.47m underground and included 10m at an energy rating of 5151 kilocalories per kilogram.
Assays have not yet been received for the remaining holes.
The Australia-listed company is continuing work on pit planning at Oaklands, while large-diameter bulk sample drilling and hydrogeological pump testing are planned for next month.
An airborne geophysical survey is expected to be flown in the next two weeks.
