YOU ARE
You are a tertiary qualified investor relations professional with exceptional understanding and ability to analyse capital equity markets.
You are a strategic and dynamic operator who is collaborative in your approach. You consider your networking and influencing capability as a strength. You are capable of setting and driving strategy upwards as well as working autonomously to achieve outcomes.
Your previous experience ensures you have worked across multiple commodities and are well networked in the Western Australian mining industry.
THE ROLE
As the Investor Relations Manager, you will act as the main interface between the investment community and the Company, responsible for the development and implementation of the investor relations strategy.
As a trusted advisor to the board, you will be required to understand and align yourself with the business strategy and key stakeholders. This will enable you to design, plan, coordinate and implement the investment market engagement plan.
It will be crucial for you to build and maintain a strong shareholder register and create and execute a clear communication strategy for investors.
