RIG03 Mobilisation (July)

It's been a year of scaling and building strong relationships with our clientele. We are proud to have a variety of long and short-term contracts across Western Australia. It has been imperative to support our local community in these challenging global times whilst also supporting our Webdrill work family.

It has given Webdrill the opportunity to really execute our capabilities, develop our experience within our teams and deliver to our clients whilst providing our services in a safe manner along with job security to our workforce.

We love a challenge

We have mentioned before we don't shy away from challenging ground. In fact, we love a challenge especially for our more senior drillers who are training our future diamond drillers. It's exciting for them to have a different ground type to drill, at the end of the day that is how they learn, evolve, and become specialists in what they do.

‘It really is an art form in many ways, it's a fine balance of experience, innovation of the RIG, advanced mud programs, practise and of course mindset' shares CEO Jared Webb.

On a business front it has also been a strategic move to spread our drilling of different minerals. Given the increase in EV battery technologies, nickel is now in high demand and we are proud to be titled and known as the "Nickel Country Drillers".

Beating Records

We have mobilisation down to a fine art. Recently we accomplished a record demobilisation at 9.30am with the bit in the wall the following day at 4.30pm including full kit, mobilised rig, sea containers, drill fluids all ready to go in a safe manner! Well done to Byron Davies and the team looking after RIG06. This record really does prove that efficient planning is the key to success!

We really do live by our slogan - Flexible, Accountable, Safe, Transparent and Fast!

The Future

With a mention to planning we have some innovative ideas and big plans in place for the future. Without going into too much detail we are focused on education for not only our talent but our clients, to help them understand why and how we do what we do.

As we strongly believe Transparency and Trust is essential.

Another vital aspect which we value is connection - within our team, our clients, on social platforms and on targeted sites. It is important to have a social presence, an opportunity to really demonstrate who we are as people and our values as a company whilst also sharing our voice on our expertise. It's refreshing to hear from our following that we are aligned both socially and as a company to what you see in our online presence.

Early next year we are also excited to be relocating to a larger facility in Landsdale. This will enable us to have the space to grow and implement some further changes and improvements to the way we operate including a rig refurb workshop, media studio and training facility.

We look forward to sharing our journey with you.
