A very well-funded exploration & development company enjoying early-stage success on their greenfields porphyry projects in Central America currently seeks a Country Manager (Exploration).

This newly created technical leadership role will take ownership of the group's flagship porphyry projects along with in-country leadership. Key accountabilities will include planning & execution of field programs including geophysics, geochem and drilling programs, ensuring QAQC, structural interpretation, mentoring & leadership of the exploration team, stakeholder management, ESG, reporting and more.. 

This newly created expat opportunity offers a lucrative remuneration package including attractive incentives while residing in your choice of Central American/Caribbean location with ad hoc travel. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead on very promising greenfields porphyry projects with a highly regarded team with some of the best track records in the business. 

Ideally, you'll be a tertiary qualified geologist with a successful track record in senior exploration appointments, including substantial porphyry experience (e.g. 15+ years post grad experience). Previous international experience while advantageous is not essential.
