Greenfields Base Metals; EV makers are drooling over this one!
Flexible POH; East Coast Australia
Highly Regarded Team

An Aussie explorer who has enjoyed substantial greenfields success currently seeks to appoint an Exploration Manager after their current one got poached for a plum MD role (b*$#@*d! :-)).

Working on a project that's at the forefront of battery minerals demand, as Exploration Manager, you'll be doing the usual malarkey… finding stuff, proving it up so we can look to develop the thing. In addition to your technical strengths as a proven explorationist, you're a strong leader who leads from the front and always manages to get the best out of your team.

Why should you do it?

The world needs a sh*t load of battery minerals and this is a brilliant project that just needs a bit more work to show it's the behemoth that we all suspect.

But no…. why should I really do it?

Well, you can be the superstar who shows the world the full potential of this sleeping giant of a project. And in return, you'll enjoy an attractive remuneration package circa AU$280K plus lucrative performance incentives that reflect your calibre and passion for minerals discovery. Best part is, you can operate on a campaign basis from anywhere in East Coast Australia, enjoy extensive autonomy and work with a highly regarded Board. There's also the option to progress to CEO/MD in the medium term.

Can you pacify the insatiable EV makers? Express your interest with Alex Beutler via the Rock People website by clicking here.
