Committed to the responsible development of their critical minerals assets and supporting the North Queensland communities they work within, this progressive organisation is now looking for a Environment Manager to join their team.

Actively looking to develop several assets in the region, the company is looking to play their part in delivering a green metals future and support the transition towards a low-carbon future.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for further developing and influencing the enviromental framework of the organisation while also directly leading your site-based team to responsibly enable an effective and safe mine restart in the coming months.

This permanent opportunity is ideally based residentially in Cloncurry or on a FIFO-basis from Cairns. An attractive remuneration package including incentives and full relocation within Australia is on offer.

You will be tertiary qualified and have extensive experience in effectively managing environmental monitoring, investigations and reporting, as well as the implementation of fit-for-purpose management plans - aligning with legal and regulatory requirements. Looking to continue to positively impact the environment and the communities the organisation works within, this is an absolutely crucial role role with a very wide range of stakeholders and your ability to demonstrate a well-developed, adaptable and effective communications skills will be key.
