Mining Lease Number 700004 has been granted by the government, administrator William James Harris said in a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange.

“ML700004 covers an area of land that allows the company to haul coal from the Baralaba North mine along its preferred access route,” he said.

“With the granting of ML700004, we understand the company now has all necessary approvals to restart the Baralaba North mine.”
