Hosted by the Florida Mine Safety and Health Training Program, the event is scheduled for February 18-21 at the Embassy Suites Orlando-Lake Buena Vista South in Kissimmee. It is ideal for both industry newcomers and seasoned professionals.
Spotlighted on the conference’s itinerary is a four-hour “MBA” event in mine health and safety management hosted by Dr Christopher Bise. The session will take a comprehensive look at an important safety subject on Monday afternoon before the conference officially opens.
The event will also hold a two-part Law School session, led by William Gerringer, to bring attendees up to date on the pertinent aspects of current state and federal regulations and changes.
