Prime becomes Babcock and Brown

The company's shares will no longer be traded under the Australian Stock Exchange code "PIF", but will utilise the code "BBI" from tomorrow.

The Prime Infrastructure Trust (PIT) has also changed its name to Babcock and Brown Infrastructure Trust (BBIT).

Christopher Chapman, Douglas Clemson and Leigh Hall have all resigned as directors of BBIL and been appointed as directors of Babcock and Brown Investment Services (BBIS). Joining them on the BBIS board will be David Hamill and Barry Upson.
