The event will feature two days of technical presentations, a trade show, mine rescue competition, a golf scramble, barbecue reception and awards dinner.
Now in its 122nd year, the event is expected to attract more than 500 professionals from all aspects of the mining industry.
The available sponsorship levels range from $500 to $10,000 and include recognition across all event activities and in promotional material.
Exhibitor and participant registration opens in July.
IMI said sponsors had until June 27 to sign up.
The event is scheduled to take place September 9-10 in Marion, Illinois.
