The exhibition, to be held at the Sydney Showground in Sydney’s Olympic Park from September 4 to 7, has nearly 300 exhibitors now signed up.
“Already, a significant number of exhibitors have indicated to us that they will be using AIMEX 2007 to release some important new mining technology and equipment,” Reed Exhibitions industrial director John Gorton said.
“Visitors to AIMEX 2007 can be assured of seeing plenty of equipment and services completely new to the mining sector, both from an Australian and a global point of view.”
Exhibitors signed up include Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia, Liebherr-Australia, Joy Mining, LeTourneau, DBT, Atlas Copco, MTU, Cummins, Valley Longwall/Juganaut SMV and many others.
An important feature of AIMEX 2007 will be the inclusion of international pavilions, giving visitors to the exhibition the opportunity to view new and innovative products coming onto the market, many of which will not have been seen in Australia before.
Countries and regions showing in international pavilions include the United States, Canada, South Africa, Chile, China, India and Germany.
