The event in Hotchkiss and Craig and the surrounding area is being organized by Delta County officials and North Fork Mines.

Sessions are planned for the first day on all of the region’s mines including Colowyo, Deserado, Twentymile, Oxbow, Bowie and others.

Other planned topics involve the Colorado Mining Association, the Department of Natural Resources and a hot topic for the western states, the Bureau of Land Management.

Tours of local facilities are planned, along with exhibitor opportunities.
