Commit Works expands to WA

Opens base in Perth as Asia Pacific business roars.

Commit Works will expand into WA with a new base in Perth.

Commit Works will expand into WA with a new base in Perth.

The company is serving customers on five continents and is seen as leading the digital transformation of frontline management through its offerings.

Its Commitment System is used across operations to coordinate day-to-day work and manage variability in a rapidly changing and sustainability-focused industry.

It is a system for shift level planning.

"Globally, our software is playing an integral part in helping mining operations shift operational processes to close that gap between current and potential performance," Commit Works regional lead Penelope LaMers said.

"Now is the perfect time to provide even closer support for our WA customers and provide additional access for overseas clients."

The company believes its expansion will forge business opportunities across the resources industry more broadly, not just mining.

"We strongly believe that our structured partnering approach is a vital part of our success," LaMers said.

"For companies focussed on lifting performance, we will be on hand to offer help."

The Perth expansion comes about three years after Jolimont Global Mining Systems provided investment capital to accelerate the company's international growth.

One month ago, Commit Works conducted a major expansion into South America after a gold mine in Argentina picked up its productivity software.

That followed an expansion into South Africa, North America, and New Zealand over recent years.
